Hello Daly City, my name is Sam Svay I'm an instructor that has practiced and taught Shotokan Karate for 8 years. I have taught students as young as 3 & as old as 70, I've helped them all in this tremendous journey we call life, and I know I can help you.

I teach people of all walks of life and impart the amazing life altering benefits of learning the martial arts. I've learned compassion, integrity, honor, respect, and Will are not just words on a board but tenets, as a martial artist, we should all live by.

I have trained and taught in Shotokan Karate for 8 years. Through my time there I've learned discipline, focus, and how to teach all ages. I've also trained in Sanda/Sanshou Kickboxing, where I learned how to apply my skills in sparring while also learning some new ideas on combat from someone who has experience in dealing with aggressive and violent people.

Basically, Its about helping students grow to see the best version of themselves. I can help you learn traditional Shotokan Karate intermixed with a more scientific, modern, and practical understanding.
